Andres Delgado

I am an Abstract Artist who is currently based in Denver, Colorado. Since arriving in Denver back in 2019 the path of a full time art career has been on the horizon. I was given an opportunity to paint alongside SoGnar Creative Division where I learned about street art/public art/murals etc. After about 1yr 1/2 and close to 30 different projects it was time to take a different path and try to build my own career from the ground up.

Comienzo

In February 2021 I knocked on the door of Habitat Gallery and met a wonderful woman by the name Georgia Amar who founded the Santa Fe Arts District almost 20 years ago alongside her husband Jack P. Moving into the studio upstairs on the 3rd floor was the beginning of what has become one of the greatest opportunities of my art career. The mentorship/friendship of a lifetime began my journey of what it means to live the life of an Artist. I would describe my relationship between Georgia and I as Ms. Miagi and the Karate Kid. Georgia has created the most authentic artist residency for me that has allowed for him to develop as an Artist.

Rising

In 2021 I curated a collaborative Art Show called VICARIOUS with Lowkey Creative aka Josh Dietchman. It was a blend of abstract realism between our two different styles. This was the beginning of curating large scale canvases abstract to be presented at Skylight on First Fridays in the Santa Fe Arts District. The following year I curated another art show called Analog, which was a show curated to bridge the gap between Art and Culinary. I went on to collaborate with a local chef by the name Edwin Sandoval who runs Xatrucho Concepts. Each painting was paired up with a culinary dish made by the Chef Edwin. After hosting a soft opening in my studio/gallery and pulling off the show on 1st Friday, I went on to sell my full body of work for Analog.

Costa Rica

After this Analog I took some time build another dream & long term vision that I have been dreaming of for years. To have an investment property in Costa Rica. In 2023 I came across an opportunity of a lifetime to buy a Jungle dream home overhanging the lush jungle of Uvita, Costa Rica and went on to turn this Airbnb into my International Art Gallery where you can book a stay at my dream home with some of my Abstract Art on display

Now

Now in 2025 with a foundation established and the creative energy flowing again, I am working towards curating another solo art show for August 1st Friday 2025 called Blank Canvas. This time around I am planning to bridge the gap between Art/Culinary/Music/Snowboarding/Toyota.
